Sim Soaring Club (SSC) tasks and events

Explore SSC Wednesday and Saturday group flights in WeSimGlide's Microsoft Flight Simulator soaring hub. Find the event, discover the task, and explore recorded results.

Choose your Sim Soaring Club event group

Each link opens the Events tab, selects the named group, and loads its published task-event history. Both normal and live weather events are included when available.

From an event to a soaring task

Use an event's task link to open its briefing and map, review the route and weather information, and access the available task downloads. Recorded IGC flights and event results can be explored from the task when available.

Each group history lists the tasks linked to its recorded SSC events on WeSimGlide. Task availability can vary, and some Sim Soaring Club tasks or events may not be listed here.

To explore routes across all communities, browse the public soaring task catalog or use the interactive task map. You can also create a task with the WeSimGlide Task Builder.

Preparing for a group flight

Check the club's own announcements for the current schedule, required simulator setup, voice channels and joining instructions. The Events tab also provides upcoming events and a weekly schedule; confirm the details for the flight you plan to join.
